Depending on the hotel’s needs, the partnership may include: a one-time setup fee for the proper configuration and launch of your systems a monthly retainer starting at €350/month a commission on bookings starting at 7%

The setup package includes: Creation or improvement of the website, GDPR/Consent ready Integration with PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine Installation and configuration of all platforms Photography or optimization of promotional material, if needed Setup of Google Business Profile and OTA profiles

We assess the existing infrastructure. If it is sufficient, it is integrated into Hotelia’s overall ecosystem. We do not discard anything that works—we upgrade it.

We manage: Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, and VRBO as well as other OTAs through a Channel Manager. We handle pricing, availability, policies, photos, promotions, and guest support through each platform.

Guest communication—such as answering questions, handling special requests, and providing check-in information—remains the responsibility of the hotelier or their operations team. Hotelia provides the systems and channels, including PMS, OTAs, and the booking engine, but does not intervene in direct guest service. 📌 You communicate with the guest—we make sure the booking environment runs flawlessly.

Day-to-day operations—including check-in, housekeeping, breakfast, staff, keys, guest communication, and more—remain the responsibility of the hotelier or their management team. Hotelia supports the administrative, financial, and commercial management of the property, but not day-to-day operations, unless otherwise agreed.

Yes. For packages that include Management & Consulting Support, we send you a complete monthly performance report covering: Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR P&L and GOP Comparison against the initial budget Comments, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Yes. Hotelia manages: SEO and Google Business Profile Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) Google Ads & Meta campaigns Hotel Ads Content creation and direct booking strategy.

Bookings are made directly in the property’s name, and revenue is collected by the owner. Hotelia does not act as a financial intermediary and does not withhold any percentage from payments. We provide management services, not brokerage.

No. The partnership can be terminated with 60 days’ notice, with no penalty. We hand over all data, accounts, settings, and access created for your property.

✅ Yes, provided it is requested and properly evaluated. In specific cases, such as remote properties or owners who are not physically present on-site, we can also undertake the full day-to-day operation of the hotel through our partners. This includes: Staff organization and supervision Guest reception Food supply, consumables, and housekeeping Restaurant menus Operational supervision 📌 This is a separate service, activated upon agreement, based on the needs and potential of each property.
