The setup package includes:\n\nCreation or improvement of the website, GDPR\/Consent ready\n\nIntegration with PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine\n\nInstallation and configuration of all platforms\n\nPhotography or optimization of promotional material, if needed\n\nSetup of Google Business Profile and OTA profiles\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

We manage:\n\nBooking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, and VRBO\n\nas well as other OTAs through a Channel Manager.\n\nWe handle pricing, availability, policies, photos, promotions, and guest support through each platform.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Day-to-day operations\u2014including check-in, housekeeping, breakfast, staff, keys, guest communication, and more\u2014remain the responsibility of the hotelier or their management team.\n\nHotelia supports the administrative, financial, and commercial management of the property, but not day-to-day operations, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Yes. For packages that include Management & Consulting Support, we send you a complete monthly performance report covering:\n\nOccupancy, ADR, and RevPAR\nP&L and GOP\nComparison against the initial budget\nComments, recommendations, and corrective actions.\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Yes. Hotelia manages:\n\nSEO and Google Business Profile\nSocial Media (Facebook, Instagram)\nGoogle Ads & Meta campaigns\nHotel Ads\nContent creation and direct booking strategy.\n\n\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n Who owns the bookings and revenue? <\/button>\n <\/h2>\n \n
\n

Bookings are made directly in the property\u2019s name, and revenue is collected by the owner.\n\nHotelia does not act as a financial intermediary and does not withhold any percentage from payments. We provide management services, not brokerage.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n Is there a minimum partnership commitment period? <\/button>\n <\/h2>\n \n

No. The partnership can be terminated with 60 days\u2019 notice, with no penalty.\n\nWe hand over all data, accounts, settings, and access created for your property.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
